LSU star Kayshon Boutte signs NIL deal with Baton Rouge attorney Gordon McKernan

LSU wide receiver Kayshon Boutte has signed a NIL deal with Baton Rouge-based attorney Gordon McKernan.

In a deal that was announced on Monday, Boutte becomes the second LSU athlete to sign a deal with McKernan. Women's basketball star Alex Morris had previously struck a deal with the attorney.

The alliance between Boutte and McKernan was organized through MatchPoint Connection, a virtual agency that helps facilitate NIL deals.

"Gordon is a great man looking to help out the LSU football program and its players. Very excited to work with Big G and see what the future holds," Boutte said in a press release on Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys' wesbite.

Boutte has 83 career catches and over 1,200 receiving yards in two seasons at LSU. The Tigers star missed the final seven games of 2021 due to injury, but still had nine touchdown grabs and 509 receiving yards in six games.
